These Terms and Conditions between Très Bella Rosa and the Customer govern Tres Bella Rosa's service to the Customer. By accepting the Terms and Conditions when registering as a Customer on our Online Store, the Customer is bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are a legally binding document. Customer information will be processed according to our privacy policy, which is incorporated herein for reference.
Tres Bella Rosa reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from Terms and Conditions at certain times; it is the Customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions to confirm that they agree to the Tres Bella Rosa ZA Terms and Conditions. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this online store. The Customer must check these Terms and Conditions on the website for changes or updates. The Customer who uses the Tres Bella Rosa website following the posting of changes or updates will be deemed accepted to abide by and be bound by the Terms and Conditions applying at the time of use, including such changes and updates.
Terms & Conditions - Orders & Delivery
Très Bella Rosa's Terms and Conditions on orders are to deliver quality products as seen on the website. We offer quality flower arrangements, confectionery, and gift arrangements rendered by Tres Bella Rosa ZA. All order communications are accepted at any official platform with a store and checkout gateway by Tres Bella Rosa ZA.
Our Brand offers consumers a chance to create their own hampers by enquiring on our social platforms. Consumers may also enquire about other products that are not available on our website, and we will communicate to create a quotation. The product arrangements that consumers create will be used on our website. We will request permission if you want that arrangement named after the consumer or not due to the Consumer Protection Act 68.
All our products are supplied by a third party that we carefully selected to fit our brand's image and standards. Our custom chocolates are safely homemade using chocolate disks that are melted and moulded to make personalised chocolates. All chocolate products are carefully packaged and safely stored in our fridges and coolers during deliveries to avoid damage.
We have no sponsorship to any of the brands or products we provide on our website; we just offer gifting goods and services.
All images, descriptive matter, specifications, and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of providing an approximate description of the products. Due to the nature of the flowers and the florist's handiwork, final delivered items may differ from the images shown on our website due to non-availability; the delivering florist may also substitute flowers, greenery, filler, container or accessories without notice to the Customer, but will always aim to present a product similar to the product displayed on the website and our social platforms. The same applies to other products, such as gift boxes and confectionary items.
Note that as the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product ordered will be suitable for your needs and to consider any allergies that you or the recipient of the product may suffer from. Some products supplied by the Vendors may contain nuts or may have been manufactured in such factories.
PAYMENTS:
Tres Bella Rosa online store is available for ordering and browsing 24/7, yet placing an order doesn't confirm that your order has been accepted. There may be a waiting period until Tres Bella Rosa ZA confirms your order. You should receive a confirmation email with an invoice, reference number and a payment link powered by Yoco to ensure your order has been accepted. You will use that reference number and payment link to make a safe payment. All payments need to be cleared before they are processed.
Order processing begins when we receive a confirmed order and full payment. When we receive orders on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be processed the next working day.
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Tres Bella Rosa's order prices include the price of the product, and VAT is not applicable. Delivery charges for delivery up to a radius of 60km from the Vendor’s premises. The price that applies at the time of placing the order will be the price payable with respect to the product. All radius deliveries are only applicable in Gauteng between Pretoria to Johannesburg.
Payments that are made or cleared after working hours will be processed for Next-Day Delivery.
You may pay for products through our payment link on your order confirmation email by Credit Card, by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or by direct deposit into our bank account. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Amex credit cards. Credit card transactions will be processed via Virtual Card Services (“VCS”). All credit card transactions are 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the virtual marketplace's registered domain name are checked and verified, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information. VCS is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Firewalls and intrusion detection systems protect VCS Internet servers. VCS continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
If you choose to pay by EFT, you must use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. If you are paying via EFT from outside of South Africa, please be aware of the following: 1) you must select your local currency as the payment currency in order to avoid charges, and 2) you are obliged to accept any additional bank or processing fees levied on the transaction or incurred as a result of foreign exchange. Bloomable and/or the Vendor will not accept liability for any additional fees incurred for international transactions.
Proof of Payment should be emailed to Tres Bella Rosa ZA at tresbellarosa@gmail.com. However, please note that we will only start processing your order once payment has been received and reflected in our bank account.

DELIVERY:
Unfortunately, products ordered through our online store can not be delivered to farms, outlying plots, townships, or informal settlements.
Delivery time is dependent on product stock availability.
Orders will be delivered any time between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Note that Tres Bella Rosa call operations will only be available Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Any specific delivery times requested on an order form cannot be guaranteed.
When orders are placed on a weekend or public holiday, they are processed the next working day.
Same-day deliveries are not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to ensure that orders are dispatched on the same day, provided payment is received before 13h00 on the day. Note that in this instance it is still likely that the delivery will only be effected in the afternoon. Every effort is made to effect the timely delivery of your order; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, so Tres Bella Rosa ZA will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule. Customers must provide us with South African contact numbers for recipients in delivery details.
The Tres Bella Rosa ZA delivery fee is based on distance, and if the delivery address changes for any reason, resulting in a longer distance, the fee will increase. Generally, we make two attempts to deliver, after which an additional R80 may be charged for each attempt. Our rule of thumb is that if an address cannot be found on a standard GPS, we reserve the right to make alternate arrangements with the recipient to ensure the product is delivered to them.
Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate before checking out. If any of the details you gave us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items not received. You will also be billed for any additional costs that may be incurred as a result of failed delivery attempts relating to incorrect information provided or a change in delivery address.
Our online store is available 24/7; consumers may browse, shop, sign up for subscriptions, or place orders. However, our operating Hours are between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday through Saturday. We do not operate on Sundays and Public Holidays (e.g., Good Friday, Christmas, etc.). We have the right not to respond after working hours, yet we usually stay connected with consumers online. If there is no direct communication, our email has an auto-reply.
Deliveries are only available during working hours; we will send communication on delivery time slots to ensure there is a recipient to receive the order at the delivery location. Products will only be available for delivery once they are prepared. We will communicate on the day of delivery, and if the recipient is unavailable, we are not held accountable for how the products will look if we return the goods to the store. If the recipient or consumers allow a third-party collector to accept the delivery, we are not held accountable once they permit it. We always take images of our products before and after delivery for our legal safety.
You, the Consumer, agree that if a recipient is unavailable at the given address, the delivering partner can leave the product with a neighbour or co-worker, leave a calling card, leave a voice message, or coordinate with the recipient to re-attempt delivery, depending on what is most applicable to the circumstances.
If the delivery partner is not allowed to deliver the flowers or gifts directly to the recipient for orders to hospitals, hotels, and business addresses, the delivery will be left at the reception desk, which will constitute a successful delivery.
No deliveries will be left unattended at the recipient’s premises or elsewhere, and delivery will always be made to a person.
Cancellations on Orders have a cancellation fee of 30%, which will be deducted from your payment because the order was already in progress to be prepared. Full refunds are only eligible for returns for dissatisfaction or damage if not exchanged.
All Refunds due to damage/dissatisfaction are eligible for all products supported with a reason and an image. Do not discard the goods; wait for communication from our team to collect the products. Refunds should not take more than 15 days. If the consumer fails to support the reason with an image or discards the products instead of waiting for the collection of damaged goods, we will not prohibit the refund. Indemnity is subject to applicable laws; you agree to indemnify Tres Bella Rosa ZA fully and on demand against any liability, penalty, claim, loss, cost or damages suffered by Tres Bella Rosa ZA where attributable to any wrongful act or omission by you or any person making use of your Tres Bella Rosa ZA account at any time or arising in any way as a result of a purchase made by you on our website.
Exchanges and Returns are only allowed if the Good packaging has not been tempered and is still sealed to its original condition. Consumers can exchange for the same-priced product or pay an extra fee for the upgrade. Return and Exchange delivery fees are not applicable.
Très Bella Rosa's T&Cs allow website owners to protect themselves from potential legal exposure and the consumer's rights.
GIFT CARD REDEMPTION:
Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on our website. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer’s Tres Bella Rosa account. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, another payment method must pay the remaining amount.
Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of issuance. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for the purchase of products at any other website owned and operated by us, our affiliates, or any other person or entity except as indicated by these terms and conditions. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash except to the extent required by law.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for any Gift Card lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
We will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Tres Bella Rosa ZA or any of its affiliated websites set forth above.

You may download, view and print content from this site only for private and non-commercial use. All content, trademarks and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, links, private information, designs and agreements, are the property of or under the licence of Tres Bella Rosa ZA. As such, they are protected by local and international legislation and agreements.
These terms and actions related thereto, as well as the rights and obligations flowing from them, shall be interpreted and governed by and under the laws of South Africa. Should users outside this jurisdiction access the website, they do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. Should a court of competent jurisdiction hold any part of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected. These Terms and Conditions constitute the whole agreement between the parties, and no party shall be bound by any undertakings, representations, warranties, promises or the like not recorded herein. Any indulgence of whatsoever nature granted by Tres Bella Rosa ZA shall not be construed as a waiver or variation of any of our rights or remedies.
